Polygon Facility Services entrusted Fiftyeggz with the development of a communication campaign designed to highlight the company’s expertise in property and facility management through a memorable and distinctive brand character.

At the center of the campaign was Polydoros, a custom-created mascot developed to simplify complex services and communicate the brand’s value proposition in a friendly and engaging way. From concept development and scriptwriting to production and post-production, our team managed every stage of the project.

The TV commercial combined strategic messaging, storytelling and character-driven communication, transforming everyday property management challenges into a relatable and entertaining narrative.
