In January 2026, Polygon Facility Services made its television debut with an integrated communication campaign developed by Fiftyeggz, marking an important milestone in the brand’s growth journey.

Built around the creative concept “You’ve dealt with it poly enough. Now Polygon takes over.”, the campaign uses humor and everyday situations to highlight the challenges of building management and the value of professional support.

The TV commercial follows a familiar scenario: returning from vacation only to discover that the problems of the apartment building never took a break. Through relatable dialogue and light-hearted storytelling, the campaign showcases how Polygon simplifies complex property management issues and helps residents regain peace of mind.

Fiftyeggz was responsible for the creative concept, communication strategy, script development and campaign implementation, while production was carried out by Front Movies. The campaign launched across both television and digital media, introducing Polygon to a wider audience and strengthening its position as a trusted building services partner.
