Polygon Facility Services launched its new integrated communication campaign built around the concept “Every Problem Has a Solution.”

At the center of the campaign is Polydoros, the brand’s iconic property manager persona, accompanied by a distinctive orange hot-air balloon that symbolizes the company’s ability to rise above challenges and find solutions, even when problems seem impossible to solve.

Designed to reinforce Polygon’s positioning as a trusted and versatile building services partner, the campaign highlights the company’s core service portfolio, including Property Management, Common Expenses Administration, Pest Control & Disinfection, and Fire Protection Services.

Developed with a fresh visual approach and a modern communication style, the campaign was deployed across out-of-home advertising, bus stop displays, digital banners, e-newsletters, social media and PR activities, ensuring consistent visibility across multiple touchpoints.

The creative concept and strategic direction were developed by Fiftyeggz, while production was carried out in collaboration with Interbus.
